Wir verstärken unser Team und suchen für den Standort 3100 St. Pölten ab sofort 1 Sozialarbeiter*in der NÖ Wohnassistenz

Standort St. Pölten, 28-33 Wochenstunden

Darauf freust du dich:

* Umsetzung der sozialarbeiterischen Aufgaben lt. aktuellem Konzept der "NÖ Wohnassistenz"

* Bewerbungs- und Beratungsgespräche für wohnungslose Menschen

* Sozialarbeiterische Begleitung der Wohnungswerber*innen

* Zusammenarbeit mit den Wohnungskoordinator*innen

* Psychosoziale Beratung und Hilfestellung bei persönlichen, familiären und finanziellen Herausforderungen

* Sozialarbeiterische Begleitung während der Zeit der Untermiete, sowie Krisenintervention

* Regelmäßige Hausbesuche, Begleitung bei Behördenwegen, etc.

* Weitervermittlung der Klient*innen an zuständige Stellen

* Laufende Dokumentation gemäß vereinsstandardisierter Vorgaben, sowie Verfassen von (Sozial-)Berichten

* Nachbetreuung

Das bringst du mit:

* dein Wissen, welches du dir im Rahmen deiner Ausbildung an einer FH Soziale Arbeit/Sozak erworben hast

* deine empathische und entwicklungsfördernde Herangehensweise

* deine Geduld, deinen offenen und kommunikativen Umgang mit Menschen und Teamgeist

* deinen Führerschein (Außendienste)

* dein Interesse für strukturiertes Arbeiten

* EDV Kenntnisse (MS Office, idealerweise BMD NTCS)
