Für unser Tages- und Beratungszentrum "Das Stern" (1020 Wien) suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Sozialarbeiter:in.

Unser Tages- und Beratungszentrum "Das Stern" (1020 Wien) bietet erwachsenen obdachlosen Personen an 365 Tagen im Jahr ein Platz zum Ankommen, Basisversorgung und Beratungen sowie zu sozialarbeiterischen und gesundheitlichen Themen.

Unser 31-köpfiges Team gibt sein Bestes, um Menschen in Krisen und herausfordernden Lebenssituationen einen Platz zum Ankommen und Durchschnaufen zu ermöglichen. Mit viel Engagement werden neue zielgruppenspezifische Angebote und Perspektiven entwickelt. Dabei schätzen wir ein offenes, wertschätzendes und auf gegenseitige Unterstützung basierendes Miteinander 1 Sozialarbeiter*in (w/m/d) für 30 Stunden/Woche WAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN?

* Ressourcenorientierte multiperspektivische Fallarbeit im Einzel- und Gruppensetting

* Gemeinsame Zieldefinition mit Klient:innen und Unterstützung bei der Zielerreichung

* Unterstützung bei u.a. der Beantragung finanzieller Leistungen und dem Kontakt mit Ämtern und Behörden

* Streetwork im Umfeld der Einrichtung und anlassbezogene Gemeinwesenarbeit

* Förderung von Selbstständigkeit und Resilienz

* Führen von Entlastungsgesprächen und professionelles Krisenmanagement

* Unterstützung bei der Dokumentenbeschaffung und Stärkung selbstständiger Antragsstellung

* Professionelle Falldokumentation (HR360) und Fallbesprechungen sowie Verfassen von Sozial- und Fallberichten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem multiprofessionellen Team und Vernetzung mit externen Kooperationspartner*innen

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung tagesstrukturierender sowie freizeitpädagogischer Angebote

WAS BRINGST DU MIT?

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit (BA/Mag. (FH)/DSA)

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Wohnungslosenhilfe oder einem verwandten Bereich

* Sprachkenntnisse in Polnisch, Ungarisch, Tschechisch, Slowakisch, Rumänisch, Bulgarisch oder BKS von Vorteil

* Teamfähigkeit, Reflexionsbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten

* Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Identifikation mit den Grundsätzen des Roten Kreuzes

* Funktionszulage von € 410,04

* Ggf. Kinderzulage von € 30,-

* Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung
