Die St. Elisabeth-Stiftung der Erzdiözese Wien stellt Frauen und ihre Kinder mit ihren vielfältigen

sozialen Bedürfnissen in den Mittelpunkt ihrer Arbeit. Unterschiedlichkeit und Vielfalt schätzen

Für unser Mutter-Kind-Haus Collegialität suchen wir 1 Sozialberater_in als Karenzvertretung

Teilzeit (30h/Woche)

Arbeitszeiten: Mo. bis Fr. zw. 07/09 und 13/18 Uhr

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

- Psychosoziale- und sozialrechtliche Beratung, Begleitung und Betreuung von wohnungslosen

alleinerziehenden Müttern und deren Kindern mit Flucht- oder Migrationsbiografie

- Anamnese zur sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Gesamtsituation der Familie

- Beratung von Klient_innen mit befristetem Aufenthaltsstatus sowie Unterstützung in

aufenthaltsrechtlichen Fragestellungen

- Ressourcenplanung - Ausarbeitung eines Betreuungsplanes und einer Betreuungsvereinbarung

- Unterstützung bei Erlangen von finanziellen Leistungen

- Ausarbeitung und Verfolgen von Wohnperspektiven

- Dokumentation und Fallführung

Wir erwarten:

- Abgeschlossene FH für Sozialarbeit bzw. Akademie für Sozialarbeit

- Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Sensibilität im Umgang mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Herkunft

- Organisationsstärke und Genauigkeit

- Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Flucht- und Migrationsbiografie

- Kenntnisse des österreichischen Sozial- und Fremdenrechts bzw. Bereitschaft, sich darin einzuarbeiten

- Sichere MS Office Anwender_innenkenntnisse

- Identifikation mit den Grundanliegen der St. Elisabeth-Stiftung der Erzdiözese Wien
