Die Kinderfreunde Steiermark suchen engagierte pädagogische Mitarbeiter_innen (m/w/d) für unsere sozialpädagogische Wohngemeinschaft, in der Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 10 bis 18 Jahren betreut und gefördert werden! 3 Sozialpädagog_innen

für eine sozialpädagogische Wohngemeinschaft in Mürzzuschlag

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Bezugsperson für die Kinder und Jugendlichen

* Erreichung der Entwicklungsziele der Kinder und Jugendlichen

* Pädagogische Betreuung und Begleitung der Kinder und Jugendlichen im Alltag

* Erfassung und Umsetzung spezifischer Ziele innerhalb des pädagogischen Konzepts, wie z. B. die Etablierung eines langfristigen Betreuungsangebots

* Gestaltung eines strukturierten und stabilen Umfelds

* Planung, Gestaltung und Umsetzung pädagogischer Prozesse sowie fallbezogener Hilfeplanung

* Betreuung und Begleitung der Kinder und Jugendlichen sowohl in der Gruppe als auch in Einzelsettings

* Aktive Zusammenarbeit und Beziehungsaufbau mit dem Herkunftssystem in Absprache mit der pädagogischen Leitung, dem Team sowie der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe

* Förderung der Partizipation der Kinder und Jugendlichen durch Einbindung in Entscheidungsprozesse

* Kontinuierliche Dokumentation der Betreuungsmaßnahmen und Entwicklungsverläufe

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene psychosoziale Ausbildung entsprechend der Vorgaben des Landes Steiermark oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Pädagogik; Soziale Arbeit, Psychologie, Sozialpädagogik Kolleg, Elementarpädagogik mit Zusatz Hort, o.ä.)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der direkten Betreuung und Begleitung von Kindern und Jugendlichen im Aufgabenbereich der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe wünschenswert

* digitale Kompetenzen und sicherer Umgang mit diversen digitalen Tools

* Interesse für die Lebenswelten von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Team-, Kooperations- und Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit

* Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

* Einwandfreier Leumund

* Führerschein der Gruppe B

Unser Angebot:

* Anstellung im Ausmaß von 20 - 37 Wochenstunden

* Attraktives Arbeitszeitmodell mit langen Dienstblöcken für mehr Freizeit

* Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich (KV SWÖ)

· Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt in der VWG 8 beträgt € 3.264,00 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung (=37 Wochenstunden).

· Das Gehalt ist abhängig von der Anzahl der (facheinschlägigen) Berufsjahre, da die Vordienstzeiten gemäß KV SWÖ angerechnet werden.
