KV-Bruttogehalt: EUR 3128.82 - 3453.01 (Vollzeitbasis)

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

* Sozialpädagogische Betreuung der Jugendlichen während der überbetrieblichen Ausbildung gemäß § 30b und § 8b Berufsausbildungsgesetz (BAG)

* Du arbeitest am Aufbau einer Vertrauensbasis bzw. Stabilisierung, die es den Jugendlichen ermöglicht, an Perspektiven, Zielen und Lösungen zu arbeiten

* Du unterstützt die Jugendlichen, ihre Ressourcen zu erkennen und ihren Selbstwert zu stärken

* Du bietest deinen Teilnehmer_innen rasche Unterstützung bei Konfliktsituationen / Krisenmanagement

* Du bringst deine Erfahrungen und neue Ideen im Team ein und unterstützt deine Kolleg_innen gerne als Sparring Partner

Du bist:

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in den Bereichen Soziale Arbeit, Sozialmanagement, Psychologie, Pädagogik, Sozialpädagogik oder Ähnliches

* sowie eine abgeschlossene Trainer_innen-, Coachingausbildung bzw. Supervisionsausbildung von mind. 100 Stunden

* Du hast eine mindestens 4-jährige Erfahrung in der Jugendlichenbildung (Jugendliche bis 25 Jahren)

* Du hast in der Vergangenheit deine digitalen Grundkompetenzen im Beruf und im Alltag gut nutzen können und unterstützt gerne auch andere bei der Entwicklung ihrer digitalen Grundkompetenzen

* Du hast Freude an modernen Lernsettings und daran, dich auch selbst beruflich weiterzuentwickeln und schätzt eine agile und kreative Arbeitsweise
