Für unser Projekt Zukunft - Begleitete Verselbständigung suchen wir eine engagierte 1 Sozialpädagogin bzw. einen engagierten Sozialpädagogen zur Betreuung von Jugendlichen auf ihrem Weg in ein selbstständiges Leben

Wir suchen ab: November 2026

Deine Aufgaben

* Betreuung von Jugendlichen (16-18 Jahre) in einer Trainingswohnung

* Individuelle Begleitung und Unterstützung im Alltag

* Unterstützung bei der Haushaltsführung und selbstständigen Lebensgestaltung

* Berufsorientierung sowie Begleitung bei der Integration in Ausbildung und Arbeitswelt

* Gestaltung sinnvoller Freizeitangebote

* Gespräche und Begleitung im sozialen Umfeld der Jugendlichen

* Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit den Kinder- und Jugendhilfeträgern

* Teilnahme an Helferkonferenzen

* Vernetzungsarbeit mit anderen Institutionen und Kooperationspartner*innen

* Dokumentation der Betreuungsarbeit

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sozialpädagog*in oder eine vergleichbare sozialpädagogische Qualifikation

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und deren Familien

* Engagement, Eigenverantwortung und Belastbarkeit

* Stressstabilität sowie Flexibilität

* Teamfähigkeit und wertschätzende Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Unser Angebot

* Entlohnung nach dem SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag. Das Mindestentgelt beträgt EUR 3.348,90 brutto pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Eine höhere Einstufung ist je nach Qualifikation und anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten möglich.
