Im Haus Franziskus, der Notschlafstelle Leoben, bieten wir wohnungslosen Frauen, Männern und Familien in akuten Notsituationen eine sichere Unterkunft sowie Beratung, Begleitung und alltagsnahe Unterstützung.

Für unser kleines, herzliches Team suchen wir ab sofort 1 sozialpädagogische Fachkraft im Ausmaß von 20 Wochenstunden, die zusätzlich die Teamkoordination übernimmt.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben

* Beratung, Begleitung und Betreuung von Nächtigungsgästen der Notschlafstelle inklusive Falldokumentation

* Durchführung von Kriseninterventionsgesprächen und Einschätzung von Gefährdungssituationen

* Aktive Kooperation und Vernetzung mit relevanten Einrichtungen, Organisationen und Institutionen

* Systemerhaltende Tätigkeiten in der gesamten Einrichtung

* Mitgestaltung unserer Organisationskultur und Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards

* Arbeit im Tag- und Spätdienst

* Führung des Teams sowie der freiwilligen Mitarbeiter*innen

* Administrative Tätigkeiten (Dienstplanung, Kassaführung, Monatsabschluss, Statistik, Vorbereitung für Erwartungsrechnungen und Abrechnungen)

* Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Vernetzung in der Region

Das erwarten wir von Dir

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Pädagogik, Sozialer Arbeit, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich

* Erfahrung in Sozialberatung, Fallführung und idealerweise Teamleitung

* Idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Zielgruppe

* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeiter*innen

* Empathie, Engagement, Flexibilität und Lösungsorientierung

* Belastbarkeit und Krisenfestigkeit

* Gute Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungskompetenzen

* Teamgeist und Humor

* Kenntnisse der sozialen Landschaft im Raum Leoben

* Führerschein B

* Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Identifikation mit dem Leitbild der Caritas
