Das Krisenzentrum Mörbisch ist Burgenlands erstes Krisenzentrum im Bereich der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe. Ein multiprofessionelles Team bietet bis zu zehn Kindern und Jugendlichen im Alter von 3 bis 18 Jahren in akuten Krisensituationen Schutz, fachliche Begleitung und eine liebevolle 24-Stunden-Betreuung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Sozialpädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) 18,5 - 37 Wochenstunden (50 - 100%)

Wie Sie den Menschen helfen / Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie unterstützen Kinder und Jugendliche bei der Bewältigung von Alltagsaufgaben und der Strukturierung ihres Tages.

* Sie übernehmen die Betreuungsplanung, Dokumentation und Umsetzung vereinbarter Ziele.

Sie gestalten aktiv freizeitpädagogische Angebote mit und bringen dabei Kreativität und Engagement ein.

* Sie bauen vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu den Kindern/Jugendlichen und deren Unterstützungssystemen auf und gewährleisten eine professionelle, individuelle Bezugsbetreuung.

* Sie arbeiten im Team, nehmen an Besprechungen und Supervisionen teil und zeigen Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Fort- und Weiterbildung.

Was Sie mitbringen / Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene sozialpädagogische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung (z. B. Studium Sozialpädagogik, Sozialarbeit, Psychologie, Erziehungswissenschaften, Dipl. Sozialpädagog:in, Sozialbetreuer:in mit Schwerpunkt Familienarbeit)

* Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Kinder- und Jugendbereich bzw. in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe

* Bereitschaft zum Turnusdienst, inklusive Nacht- und Feiertagsdienste

* Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Empathie

Unser Angebot

Das Einstiegsgehalt richtet sich nach dem SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag, VG 8/Stufe 1 und beträgt mind. € 3.348,90 (brutto, VZ, exkl. Zulagen/Zuschläge). Ihre facheinschlägigen Vordienstzeiten werden selbstverständlich angerechnet, sodass wir gemeinsam ein faires und attraktives Gehalt festlegen.
