Deine Aufgaben

º Du begleitest und förderst junge Menschen mit Förderbedarf bedürfnisorientiert im Hinblick auf Empowerment und Inklusion

º Du vermittelst Schlüsselqualifikationen und aktivierst vorhandene Ressourcen

º Du arbeitest mit den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern bei unserem Partnerbetrieb, der Firma Fröling GmbH, mit und leitest sie dabei an

º Du führst die erforderlichen Dokumentationen durch

Das bringst du mit

º Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachsozialbetreuer/in Behindertenbegleitung, diplomierte/r Behindertenpädagoge/-pädagogin oder Sozialpädagoge/-pädagogin

º Du hast Freude an Teamarbeit, bist flexibel und empathisch

º Du denkst und handelst lösungsorientiert.

º Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung mit

º Du bist bereit zur Selbstreflexion und Supervision

º Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B

º Du verfügst über gute EDV-Kenntnisse

º Vollzeit bei 37 Wochenstunden, Entlohnung nach SWÖ KV, VWGR 6 € 2.867,20 + Vordienstzeiten
