Wir suchen 1 Sozialpädagogische Fachkraft (w/m/d) Start: ab sofort

Arbeitsausmaß: 26-30 Wochenstunden

Arbeitsort: Jugend-WG Sprungbrett in 8330 Feldbach

* Faire Bezahlung nach Caritas-KV: Einstufung je nach Erfahrung von € 3.319,40 (III/1) bis € 3.814,80 (III/6) brutto auf Basis Vollzeit (37 Wochenstunden), plus Zulagen für Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagsdienste

Das sind Deine Aufgaben

* Du stärkst die sozialen Kompetenzen unserer Jugendlichen und unterstützt sie in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung (z.B. Konfliktmanagement, Durchhaltevermögen, Lösungsorientierung)

* Du begleitest sie im Alltag und erlernst mit ihnen Handlungskompetenzen, die sie für ein späteres eigenständiges Leben brauchen - Dabei gehst du mit gutem Beispiel voran und bindest sie partizipativ ein.

* Du unterstützt sie auf ihrem Ausbildungsweg - vom Lernen über Jobsuche bis zur Selbstständigkeit

* Du gestaltest sinnvolle und motivierende Freizeitaktivitäten

* Du arbeitest eng mit Eltern, Angehörigen, Behörden und anderen Systempartner*innen zusammen

* Du übernimmst organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben

Das erwarten wir von Dir

* Eine zumindest 50% abgeschlossene facheinschlägige Ausbildung (z.B. Sozialpädagogik, Soziale Arbeit, Pädagogik, Psychologie, Lehramt, BAfEP mit Hort-Zusatzausbildung, etc.)

* Idealerweise Erfahrung in der stationären Kinder- und Jugendhilfe

* Führerschein B

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Nachtdiensten

* Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit, Empathie - und gerne auch eine ordentliche Prise Humor
