Als Spa Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für unseren Spa-Bereich und bist gleichzeitig aktiv im Tagesgeschäft eingebunden. Du führst dein Team mit Leidenschaft, unterstützt bei Bedarf direkt am Gast und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für höchste Servicequalität sowie ein Wellness-Erlebnis, das Familien nachhaltig begeistert.

Einige Deiner Aufgaben:

- Operative und organisatorische Gesamtverantwortung für den Spa-Bereich - Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft mit echter Hands-on-Mentalität - Durchführung von Behandlungen und Anwendungen entsprechend deiner Qualifikation - Persönliche Beratung unserer Gäste zu Anwendungen, Wellnessangeboten und Produkten - Aktiver Verkauf von Spa-Anwendungen, Retail-Produkten, Packages und Zusatzleistungen - Sicherstellung eines herzlichen, professionellen Gästeempfangs und einer individuellen Betreuung - Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Spa-Teams im täglichen Betrieb - Erstellung von Dienst- und Einsatzplänen sowie Unterstützung bei der Personalentwicklung - Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe an der Spa-Rezeption sowie in allen Behandlungs- und Wellnessbereichen - Verantwortung für die Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards - Professioneller Umgang mit Gästefeedback, Wünschen und Reklamationen - Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktionen, Spa-Packages und Promotionen - Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Kennzahlen, Reports und wirtschaftliche Zielerreichung - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen für ein ganzheitliches Gästeerlebnis - Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und einer ruhigen, stilvollen Atmosphäre im gesamten Spa

Was du mitbringst:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kosmetiker:in, Masseur:in, Wellness-Therapeut:in oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Spa- oder Wellnessbereich, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition - Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, selbst aktiv am Gast zu arbeiten - Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Behandlungen sowie in der individuellen Gästeberatung - Verkaufsstärke und Begeisterung für hochwertige Spa-Produkte und Anwendungen - Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Mitarbeitenden - Fundiertes Wissen über Spa-Anwendungen, Behandlungen und aktuelle Wellness-Trends - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools - Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und Interesse an Kennzahlen - Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken - Gepflegtes, professionelles Auftreten und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
