Onze Spa & Wellness is een plek waar gasten echt tot rust komen, en waar elk detail telt. We werken volgens de Forbes Travel Guide vijfsterrenstandaarden en werken samen met Biologique-Recherche. We zijn op zoek naar een Spa Medewerker die trots is op het leveren van een vlekkeloze gastervaring en weet hoe je een luxe spa op zijn best laat draaien. Wat je gaat doenAls Spa Medewerker ben je een belangrijk onderdeel van de dagelijkse operatie van onze Spa & Wellness. Samen met de Assistant Spa Manager begeleid en ondersteun je onze nieuwe spa-therapeuten en stagiaires/collega's, help je hen zich te ontwikkelen en zorg je ervoor dat ze begrijpen wat er van hen verwacht wordt. Je functie is afwisselend: het ene moment beheer je de boekingsplanning, het volgende verwelkom je een gast of geef je een trainee feedback. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en beheren van spa-boekingen en zorgt dat de agenda soepel verloopt. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt tussen gasten en onze therapeuten en zorgt voor heldere communicatie en een goed gecoördineerde behandelingsstroom gedurende de dag. Je begeleidt en ondersteunt onze spa trainees, helpt hen groeien en zorgt dat ze weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht. Bij de receptie verwelkom je gasten, beantwoord je vragen en geef je heldere informatie over onze faciliteiten, behandelingen en producten. Na afloop van de training zul je vol zelfvertrouwen de producten van Biologique Recherche kunnen presenteren en verkopen. Je houdt de spa-omgeving altijd rustig, schoon en perfect gepresenteerd en bewaakt hygiëne- en operationele standaarden volgens het hotelbeleid.
