Als Spare Part Coördinator ben jij de schakel die zorgt dat spare parts aanvragen, offertes en orders soepel door de keten lopen. In deze functie zie je direct resultaat van jouw werk: klanten worden snel geholpen, collega's kunnen verder en processen blijven strak georganiseerd. Je werkt in een internationale machinebouwomgeving binnen werkvoorbereiding, waar geen dag precies hetzelfde is. Jij houdt overzicht, stemt af met klanten, agents en interne teams en bewaakt voortgang, prijzen en leveringen. Daarnaast zorg je dat reisboekingen voor servicemedewerkers zorgvuldig en efficiënt worden geregeld. - Verwerken en opvolgen van spare parts orders, offertes en prijsopgaven. - Onderhouden van contact met internationale klanten, agents en interne stakeholders. - Bewaken van levertijden, orderstatussen en openstaande betalingen. - Afhandelen van retourverzoeken, vragen en administratieve documentatie. - Organiseren van reizen en accommodaties voor servicemedewerkers. Functie-eisen Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren werkervaring administratieve, logistieke of supply chain omgeving en je voelt je thuis in een rol waarin structuur en service samenkomen. Jij werkt gestructureerd, schakelt snel tussen verschillende vragen en houdt oog voor kwaliteit, ook wanneer de werkdruk oploopt. Omdat je veel contact hebt met verschillende partijen, communiceer je helder en professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels. Ervaring met SAP S/4HANA of SAP ECC is een duidelijke plus.
