Als Spare Parts & Logistics Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de coördinatie van wisselstukken binnen technische projecten. Je combineert administratieve opvolging met praktische ondersteuning en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct, tijdig en efficiënt verloopt. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen voorraadbeheer, aankoop, logistiek en projectteams.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische en groeiende organisatie actief in technisch materiaalbeheer en industriële ondersteuning. De organisatie combineert een sterke operationele focus met een hands-on mentaliteit en biedt een werkomgeving waar verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan. Je werkt zowel vanuit een centrale magazijnomgeving als op projectlocaties, wat zorgt voor afwisseling en impact in je dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Je takenpakket omvat:

  • Beheren en up-to-date houden van materiaaldata, stuklijsten en systemen (o.a. SAP)
  • Analyseren van voorraden en voorbereiden van herbevoorrading
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van aankooporders
  • Beheren van technische documentatie (tekeningen, rapporten, …)
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van inkomende inspecties
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders tijdens projectvoorbereiding en uitvoering
  • Verzamelen en controleren van wisselstukken (kwaliteit en aantallen)
  • Coördineren van transporten en logistieke flows
  • Opzetten en beheren van tijdelijke magazijnen op projectlocaties
  • Beheren van kritische wisselstukken en opvolgen van historiek en materiaalstromen
  • Rapporteren over kritische onderdelen en optimalisaties

Jouw profiel

  • Technische achtergrond of sterke affiniteit met techniek
  • Ervaring in logistiek, voorraadbeheer of een technische omgeving
  • Analytisch sterk en nauwkeurig
  • Goed georganiseerd en in staat meerdere dossiers te beheren
  • Hands-on en flexibel ingesteld
  • Sterk in planning en prioriteiten stellen
  • Communicatief vaardig en teamgericht
  • Digitale skills (MS Office, ervaring met SAP is een plus)
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans (Engels is een plus)
