Spare Parts Specialist De Spare Parts Specialist speelt een belangrijke rol bij het ondersteunen van de verkoop van onderdelen en coördineert en beheert ook projectactiviteiten. Deze hybride rol zorgt voor vlotte communicatie met klanten, correcte verwerking van onderdelenbestellingen en soepele uitvoering van projecttijden. Wat ga je doen? - Coördineert en beheer de levenscyclus van bestellingen voor reserveonderdelen, inclusief orderverwerking, ontvangst, verzending en facturering. - Houdt de voorraadrecords van reserveonderdelen bij, onderhoud ze en werk ze bij om nauwkeurigheid en beschikbaarheid te garanderen. - Bouwt en onderhoud klantrelaties door regelmatige communicatie en promotie van reserveonderdelenproducten en -diensten. - Identificeert kansen en doe aanbevelingen om de verkoop van reserveonderdelen te verhogen en de klanttevredenheid te verbeteren - Ondersteunt continue verbeteringsinspanningen en draag bij aan operationele efficiëntie - Zorg ervoor dat het ERP-systeem continu wordt bijgewerkt met alle items Wie ben jij? - MBO 4 of hoger of aantoonbare ervaring - Minimaal 1-3 jaar ervaring in onderdelencoördinatie, klantenservice, binnendienst, voorraadbeheer, logistiek, supply chain operations of een soortgelijke functie - Sterke computerkennis, vooral Excel (formules, basis draaitabellen), MS NAV en algemene kantoortoepassingen. - Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden; in staat professioneel te reageren op klantvragen en effectief samen te werken met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen - Zeer georganiseerd met sterke prioriteringsvaardigheden; in staat meerdere taken te beheren en deadlines te halen onder begeleiding - Nauwkeurig en detailgericht bij het opstellen van offertes, verwerken van bestellingen, bijhouden van gegevens en beheren van onderdeleninformatie - Analytische denkwijze met bereidheid om te leren verkoopgegevens te interpreteren, vo...
