Met ruim 200 collega's ontwikkel, bouw en onderhoud je hoogwaardige en duurzame machines voor de agrisector en gladheidsbestrijding. Je komt te werken op de locatie in Rijssen. Functieomschrijving: Als Spareparts medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze dealers bij offerteaanvragen en bestellingen van onderdelen voor premium machines. Samen met je collega's in het spareparts team, beantwoord je vragen, maak je offertes en verwerk je bestellingen van onderdelen. Je communiceert met onze verschillende afdelingen om onze klanten zo snel mogelijk van de juiste onderdelen te voorzien. De werkzaamheden zijn veelzijdig en technische kennis is belangrijk. Je werkt mee aan alle stappen binnen het verwerkingsproces van een bestelling. Ook help je klanten aan onze balie. Dit zijn de werkzaamheden die je op jouw werkdag tegenkomt:Het beantwoorden van de onderdelen gerelateerde vragen van onze klanten. Het verstrekken van offertes aan klanten.Het verwerken van bestellingen in het systeem, inclusief order picking en verzending;Het verwerken van retouren.Het delen, verbreden en verdiepen van jouw eigen technische kennis.
