Jij vertaalt ingewikkelde landelijke thema's naar een concrete koers en brengt visie, beleid en uitvoering naadloos samen. In deze rol adviseer je het venstermanagement en stuur je op lange termijn keuzes binnen de acht teams van het venster Fysiek. MijnGemeenteDichtbij - de werkorganisatie achter Boxtel en Sint-Michielsgestel - bouwt hiermee aan een toekomstbestendige leefomgeving. Jouw belangrijkste taken als Strateeg Fysiek Domein: Analyseren van trends op landelijk, provinciaal en regionaal niveau en deze omzetten in strategische keuzes Adviseren over de vertaling van bestuursakkoorden naar beleid, programma's en projecten Leveren van een actieve bijdrage aan de P&C-cyclus van Boxtel, Sint-Michielsgestel en MijnGemeenteDichtbij Fungeren als sparringpartner en adviseur voor de concernmanager en het venstermanagement Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie binnen diverse regionale netwerken en overleggen Jij bent succesvol als Strateeg Fysiek Domein als je beschikt over: Een afgeronde opleiding op WO-niveau Aantoonbare werkervaring binnen het ruimtelijk domein bij een overheidsorganisatie Ervaring met advisering op directie- en bestuurlijk niveau Aantoonbare ervaring met het vertalen van maatschappelijke trends naar concreet beleid Met een sterke organisatiesensitiviteit beweeg je je gemakkelijk binnen het bestuurlijk-politieke krachtenveld van twee gemeentebesturen, waarbij je met je verbindend vermogen collega's, teams en thema's moeiteloos samenbrengt.
