Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Technische Leitung und Führung der Vertriebsmannschaft der Sparte Fassade

* Weiterentwicklung des Teams und der Prozesse (Bestandsaufnahme, Kalkulation, Angebotslegung, Ausführung, Verrechnung)

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen

* Laufende Prozessbewertung und -optimierung in der Ausführung mit dem Ziel Produktivitätssteigerung und reklamationsfreies Arbeiten

* Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Netzwerkes (Subgewerke, Lieferanten, Partner etc.)

* Ressourcenplanung der Ausführung

* Sicherstellung definierter Qualitätsstandards in Ausführung und Kundenbeziehung

Die besten Voraussetzungen für Ihren Erfolg

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Baubranche in ähnlicher Position

* Know-How in den Sparten Umbau/Sanierung

* Erfahrung im Bereich Holzbau von Vorteil

* Kaufmännisches Know-How und Geschick, Zahlenaffinität

* Affinität zu Digitalisierung

* Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterentwicklung

* Kommunikativer Empathiker_in (Mitarbeiter,_innnen, Kunden) mit Helikopter-Blick

* Netzwerker_in
