Special Needs Leerkracht (LC) - Tijdelijk - Amsterdam SBO de Hasselbraam Dit is een unieke kans voor een onderwijsprofessional die de brug wil slaan tussen het gespecialiseerd en regulier basisonderwijs. Ben jij een expert op het gebied van special needs en heb je de ambitie om bij te dragen aan de beweging naar inclusief onderwijs? In deze unieke duo-functie werk je op het snijvlak van SBO en regulier onderwijs. Je bent de spil in de transitie naar inclusie, waarbij je jouw expertise van SBO De Hasselbraam direct inzet op de reguliere basisschool BS De Fiep Westendorp. Wat ga je doen? Je verdeelt je week tussen twee werelden die elkaar steeds meer gaan versterken. Op De Fiep Westendorp (regulier basisonderwijs - 16 uur (2 dagen): - Begeleiding: Je werkt met een klein groepje leerlingen met 'special needs' die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben om binnen de reguliere setting te gedijen. - Coaching: Je fungeert als coach en baken voor je collega-leerkrachten. Je adviseert hen over pedagogisch-didactische aanpakken en helpt hen de vertaalslag te maken naar een inclusieve lespraktijk. - Transitie: Je denkt mee op beleidsniveau over hoe de school de ontwikkeling naar inclusief onderwijs vormgeeft. Op De Hasselbraam (SBO - 16 uur (2 dagen): Jij brengt rust en richting. In de ochtenden ligt de focus op de basis: kwalitatief sterk onderwijs in rekenen, lezen en schrijven. We werken met structuur, voorspelbaarheid en de principes van EDI. In de middag werken we thematisch. Hierin verweven we begrijpend lezen, wereldoriëntatie met creatieve vakken om de natuurlijke nieuwsgierigheid van onze kinderen te prikkelen. Je stemt je onderwijs af op de individuele behoefte van de leerlingen en onderhoudt een proactieve samenwerking met ouders. Als LC-leerkracht ben je trekker van onderwijsvernieuwing.
