Je ontwikkelt nieuwe bedrijfsprocessen en optimaliseert bestaande workflows op basis van functionele analyses en opgestelde requirements. Je neemt deel aan analysesessies met de business, denkt mee over technische oplossingen en vertaalt functionele behoeftes naar werkende processen. Samen met developers, testers en een business-analist draag je concreet bij aan de migratie van BAW-applicaties voor de Linux-omgeving. De inzet is urgent: de workloadmigraties van IPAS moeten eind dit jaar gereed zijn, waarvoor kennis, kunde en aantoonbare ervaring met BAW op Linux essentieel zijn. Vereist profiel - Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring met IBM BAW / IBM BPM, inclusief ontwikkelen en aanpassen van processen. - Aantoonbare ervaring met BAW-omgevingen op Linux, inclusief deployment en operationele kennis van Linux-servers en tooling. - Goed begrip van BPMN, procesmodellering, integraties (Java/webservices) en technische procesoptimalisatie. - Ervaring met migratieprojecten en werken in Agile/Scrum-teams; je kunt effectief samenwerken met testers en business-analisten. - Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden, proactieve houding en goede communicatieve vaardigheden richting business stakeholders. - Bereidheid om op locatie in Apeldoorn te werken; affiniteit met of ervaring bij de Belastingdienst is een pre. - Let op: ZZP'ers kunnen niet rechtstreeks bij de Belastingdienst worden ingezet; zelfstandigen kunnen zich via FixedToday laten aanbieden.
