In deze rol krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een breed scala aan taken, variërend van communicatie tot financiële administratie en klantbeheer. Als specialist debiteurenbeheer vervul je een cruciale rol in het bewaken, beheren en optimaliseren van onze financiële processen en klantrelaties. Wat ga je doen? - Effectief samenwerken met diverse teams zoals Sales en teamleiders om een soepele afhandeling van debiteurenzaken te verzekeren. - Klantgerichte communicatie hanteren om betalingsvraagstukken op te lossen en klantrelaties te onderhouden. - Nauwkeurig verwerken van ontvangen betalingen, inclusief het verkrijgen van ontbrekende betaalspecificaties van klanten en correcte registratie in AFAS op basis van verstrekte informatie. Verder: - Aanmaken en beheren van debiteuren in AFAS, zorgvuldige registratie van debiteurengegevens. - Opvolgen van openstaande facturen, zowel schriftelijk als telefonisch, en uitvoeren van limietbeheer door beheer van openstaande facturen en vaststellen van kredietlimieten. - Bijdragen aan de voorziening debiteuren door maandelijkse rapportage en ondersteuning bij het opstel...
