Je beweegt je op strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau en ondersteunt managers en medewerkers bij het creëren van een gezonde, veilige en duurzame werkomgeving. Voor de managers van het hoofdkantoor ben jij het eerste spreekpunt voor vraagstukken rondom vitaliteit en verzuim. Concreet betekent dat: - Je ontwikkelt en verbetert beleid rondom arbo, verzuim, preventie en duurzame inzetbaarheid. - Je adviseert management, leidinggevenden en HR over complexe vraagstukken en actuele wet- en regelgeving. - Je bent specialist en vraagbaak voor verzuim-, WIA- en ERD-casuïstiek. - Je coördineert en bewaakt de uitvoering van het arbobeleid. - Je verbindt interne en externe partijen om verzuim, vitaliteit en inzetbaarheid optimaal te ondersteunen. - Je beheert verzuimsyste...
