Omgeving Amsterdam Meer details Specialist bodem en bouwstoffen Functieomschrijving In deze rol speel je een cruciale rol bij bodem- en milieuonderzoeken binnen projecten in de openbare ruimte. Je werkt aan diverse opdrachten, van rioolvervangingen en renovaties tot bouw- en sloopprojecten, reconstructies en saneringen. Wat ga je doen? - Initiëren en begeleiden van bodem- en milieuonderzoeken voor projecten in de openbare ruimte. - Adviseren van projectteams en management over duurzaam bouwstoffenbeheer, grondverzet, bodemsanering en nazorg. - Voorbereiden en toetsen van bodem- en bouwstoffenonderzoeken, saneringen en grondverzet. - Beoordelen van offertes, adviseren over opdrachtverlening en bewaken van procedures en termijnen. - Vertalen van bodem- en bouwstoffenonderzoeken naar bestekken, waarbij veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu (VGM) zijn geborgd. - Controleren of werkzaamheden volgens bestekken en aanwijzingen worden uitgevoerd, in overleg met directievoerders en milieukundigen. - Toetsen van de financiële aspecten binnen projecten. - Aansturen van saneringen in verschillende varianten. - Fungeren als sparringspartner voor de beheerder van de grondbank en de milieuadviseur. - Onderhouden van een goede relatie met het bevoegd gezag. - Volgen van ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving en deze toepassen in de praktijk. Vereisten - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Milieutechnologie, Milieuhygiëne of Milieukunde. - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als Specialist Bodem en Bouwstoffen, Bodemadviseur of Bodeminspecteur binnen een gemeente of omgevingsdienst. - Kennis en ervaring met veiligheidsvoorschriften voor verontreinigde grond, baggerspecie en bouwstoffen, inclusief CROW-publicatie 400. - Bekend met relevante wet- en regelgeving, onderzoeksnormen, protocollen en BRL-certificeringen, evenals Bis Nazca. - Ervaring met de toepassing van de regionale bodemkwaliteitskaart.
