Aufgaben

* Qualitätssicherung bei der Abwicklung und Verbuchung von nachträglichen Konditionen

* Prüfung und Bewertung der Konditionsinhalte nach geltenden Guidelines (Accounting & Tax)

* Bearbeitung und Fakturierung von Konditionsvereinbarungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Category Management, Accounting und Controlling

* Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports und Ad-hoc-Analysenº Ansprechperson zu Fragen rund um Bonusabwicklung und Konditionen

* Überwachung und Monitoring der Einhaltung von Lieferantenverpflichtungen, einschließlich Kontrolle und Abstimmung offener Posten und Bonusforderungen im Rahmen des Credit Managements

Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Accounting

* Gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel (SAP von Vorteil)

* Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Problemlösungsorientierungº Grundkenntnisse Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Erfahrung mit Shared Service Centern wünschenswert
