Als specialist Brandweeropleidingen bij Veiligheidsregio Brabant-Zuidoost (VRBZO) zorg je dat brandweercollega's zich ontwikkelen tot vakbekwame professionals. Je begeleidt deelnemers tijdens hun opleiding, ondersteunt instructeurs, werkt mee aan de verbetering van opleidingen en draagt bij aan nieuwe onderwijsontwikkelingen. Zo help je niet alleen individuele deelnemers vooruit, maar lever je ook een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van het brandweeronderwijs binnen VRBZO. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden: - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, faciliteren en coördineren van onze brandweeropleidingen. Deze moeten voldoen aan de landelijke en regionale kwaliteitsnormen. - Je werkt intensief samen met collega-specialisten, instructeurs, onderwijsondersteunend personeel, de trajectbegeleider, de teamleider Instructeurs en de (administratieve) ondersteuning. In die samenwerking ben je klantgericht en kijk je ook verder naar het hele leer- en ontwikkelaanbod van VRBZO. - Je coördineert de brandweeropleidingen, zodat je nieuwe collega's deze met succes kunnen afronden. Dit betekent: plannen, afstemmen, overzicht houden, voortgang toetsen en evalueren. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van opleidingen en de werkprocessen die daarbij horen. Je zoekt naar mogelijkheden om opleidingen nog beter te maken. - Je volgt de (studie)voortgang van de deelnemers. Je bespreekt de voortgang met de deelnemer en met de trajectbegeleider.
