Werk jij straks hier? Werken voor het Klant Contact Centrum (KCC) is werken voor het gezicht van Leidschendam-Voorburg. Ieder team draagt op haar manier bij aan onze dienstverlening. Van het aanvragen van een rijbewijs tot aan een complex vergunningstraject voor een evenement, dit gebeurt allemaal bij het KCC. Hier worden klanten geholpen zoals zij geholpen willen worden: aan de balie, telefonisch en online. Dé afdeling waar je direct van betekenis kunt zijn. Hoe doe jij ertoe: Als Specialist Basisregistratie Personen (BRP) ben je werkzaam voor het cluster Burgerzaken van het Klant Contact Centrum. Jij bent op de hoogte van de actuele BRP wet- en regelgeving. Je hebt ervaring met het invoeren van (complexe) mutaties, correcties en aanvullingen in de BRP aan de hand van (buitenlandse) brondocumenten. Als specialist draag je bij aan het optimaliseren van de BRP. Je voert daarom ook controles uit en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke zelfevaluatie en de kwaliteitsbewaking van de BRP. Je hebt affiniteit met het ontdekken van fraude en fungeert als vraagbaak bij twijfel over de echtheid van brondocumenten. Je biedt ook ondersteuning aan collega's die nog niet zo lang in het burgerzaken vak werken. Voor inhoudelijke vragen, zijn zij bij jou aan het juiste adres.
