Bij BAM Bouw en Techniek heb jij de regie over het commissioningproces en zorg je dat kwaliteit, planning en documentatie samenkomen binnen complexe utiliteitsprojecten. Als Specialist Commissioning ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, coördinatie én uitvoering van commissioningactiviteiten binnen utiliteitsprojecten. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig in het veld en werkt nauw samen met projectteams, technisch specialisten, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers. Je overziet niet alleen afzonderlijke installaties, maar juist ook de samenhang en interfaces tussen verschillende MEP systemen. Daarbij zorg je dat installaties integraal worden getest, afgestemd en aantoonbaar correct worden opgeleverd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen en beheren van commissioningplannen en -protocollen - Plannen, uitvoeren en coördineren van test- en commissioningactiviteiten - Beoordelen en borgen van testresultaten en rapportages - Afstemmen met projectleiding, opdrachtgever en onderaannemers - Bewaken van naleving van normen (NEN, ISSO, BREEAM/LEED) - Opleveren van complete commissioning- en opleverdossiers - Signaleren van risico's en knelpunten op het snijvlak van installaties - Borgen van integratie en samenhang tussen systemen zoals elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, regeltechniek en gebouwbeheersystemen Je bent betrokken vanaf de ontwerpfase tot en met de oplevering en speelt een sleutelrol in de kwaliteitsborging en integrale werking van installaties binnen het project.
