1 Specialist Digital Restaurant Operations (m/w/d) Vollzeit

Für unseren Kunden, eine der bekanntesten Marken weltweit und führend in der Systemgastronomie, suchen wir aktuell einen Specialist Digital Restaurant Operations (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung des österreichischen Headquarter-Teams südlich von Wien. Die Rolle ist im Technology-Umfeld angesiedelt und verbindet operative Systemkonfiguration, Stammdatenmanagement, Kampagnen-Setup sowie Qualitätssicherung für die digitalen Restaurant- und Bestellsysteme.

Gesucht wird eine strukturierte, genaue und systemaffine Persönlichkeit, die gerne eigenverantwortlich arbeitet, Spaß an komplexen Abläufen und Datenlogiken mitbringt und gleichzeitig Teil eines dynamischen, motivierten Teams sein möchte. Die Position eignet sich besonders für Kandidaten mit Erfahrung im Bereich Systemgastronomie, Retail, FMCG oder POS-/Stammdatenmanagement.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Konfiguration von Produktstammdaten, Menüs, Preisen, Bildern, Modifikatoren und Verkaufszeiten in den Restaurant- und POS-Systemen * Abbildung von Produkt-, Bundle- und Menülogiken über unterschiedliche Kanäle hinweg (POS, Kiosk, Mobile App, Delivery) * Sicherstellung, dass Produkte und Promotions auf allen digitalen Bestellkanälen korrekt funktionieren * Unterstützung der Küchenlogik und Produktionsabläufe über die entsprechenden Küchensysteme * QA/Testing von Kampagnen, Produktänderungen und Systemanpassungen in Testumgebungen * Durchführung operativer Tests zur Sicherstellung korrekter Abläufe an Kassa, Kiosk, App/Delivery und in der Küche * Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Findings sowie Abstimmung mit relevanten Fachbereichen * Präzise und konsistente Datenpflege entlang der gesamten Prozess- und Lieferkette * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain und Technology-Partner * Aktive Mitwirkung an einem reibungslosen und qualitativ hochwertigen Gästeerlebnis über alle Bestellkanäle hinweg

Ihr Profil:

* Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung sowie relevante Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle von Vorteil * Alternativ Quereinsteiger mit Background in Systemgastronomie, Retail, FMCG oder stark prozessorientierten Bereichen * Sehr gute Excel- bzw. Tabellenkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit IT-Tools und strukturierten Daten * Hohe Genauigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Blick fürs Detail * Ausgeprägte Eigenverantwortung und selbstständige Arbeitsweise * Systemaffinität sowie Freude an operativen Prozessen und komplexen Logiken * Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen parallel strukturiert zu koordinieren * Teamorientierung kombiniert mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Flexibilität * Positive, motivierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Zusammenarbeit und dynamischen Arbeitsabläufen * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Erfahrung im Umfeld der Systemgastronomie oder im Retail von Vorteil
