ENGWestCord Hotels B.V. - Specialist Distributie & Data Je bent de technische specialist van ons revenue team. Je mapt, configureert en optimaliseert de koppelingen tussen ons PMS (Mews), de channel manager, ons revenue managementsysteem en de verkoopkanalen. Staat er ergens een verkeerde prijs, beschikbaarheid of kamertype? Dan zoek jij uit waar het technisch misgaat en los je het op, zo nodig samen met de OTA of de leverancier. Daarnaast automatiseer je. Rapportages die nu met de hand worden gemaakt, zet jij om naar dashboards in onze Mews BI-tool die zichzelf verversen. Zo hebben onze revenue managers meer tijd voor hun keuzes. We staan op het punt de tech stack van onze revenue-afdeling te vernieuwen. Jij bent daar vanaf het begin bij: van het testen van nieuwe systemen tot de implementatie in alle hotels. Waar kom je te werken? WestCord Hotels heeft 15 hotels, van de Amsterdamse binnenstad tot de Waddeneilanden. Onze kamers worden verkocht via tientallen kanalen: onze eigen website, Booking.com, Expedia, touroperators en zakelijke boekingstools. Achter al die kanalen zit een keten van systemen. Jij zorgt dat die keten technisch klopt, en dat hij slimmer werkt. Ons revenue team bestaat uit het Hoofd Revenue & Distributie en acht revenue managers, verdeeld over onze clusters in Amsterdam, Noord-Nederland, de Wadden en Zuid-Nederland. Zij sturen de prijzen en de verkoop per hotel. Jij werkt centraal vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam en bent voor hen de technische basis. Je werkt daarnaast nauw samen met onze collega's van Sales & Marketing. Concreet betekent dit: - Kamertypen, rate plans en kanalen mappen in de channel manager; - Beschikbaarheid, restricties en rate plans configureren in PMS en kanalen; - Samen met het revenue team de technische inrichting van onze OTA-accounts optimaliseren; - Nieuwe functionaliteiten doorvoeren in onze systemen; - Rapportages en datafeeds automatiseren: van productie en kanalen tot fo...
