Voor De Kuyper in Schiedam zoeken wij een S&OP Specialist die forecasting, demand planning en de S&OP-cyclus draagt. Je rapporteert aan de Country Manager en verbindt Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance en Customer Service. De cyclus loopt al. Jouw uitdaging is hem nog slimmer te maken, met veel planning en overleg en direct effect op commerciële groei. Wat ga je doen? • Forecasts opstellen met het salesteam en afwijkingen analyseren. • De S&OP-cyclus voor Nederland en de internationale kernmarkten organiseren, met rapportage op forecast accuracy, servicelevel en voorraadrotatie. • Productintroducties en assortimentswijzigingen coördineren. • Voorraden en allocaties bewaken, inclusief limited editions, en out-of-stocks tijdig signaleren. • Contacten met klanten en logistieke managers en meewerken aan claims en disputen.
