Deine Aufgaben In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle von Corporate Finance, Kapitalmarktkommunikation und Sustainability. Du unterstützt bei zentralen Reporting-Prozessen, gewinnst Einblicke in die Zusammenarbeit mit Investoren und Banken und entwickelst ein umfassendes Verständnis für finanzielle und nachhaltigkeitsbezogene Unternehmenssteuerung. Dabei übernimmst du von Beginn an Verantwortung und kannst dich fachlich wie persönlich weiterentwickeln.Investor Relations & Sustainability Reporting

* Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten im Bereich Investor Relations und Sustainability * Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Quartals-, Halbjahres- und Geschäftsberichten * Unterstützung bei der Berechnung und Analyse von Konzern-KPIs (inklusive Tochtergesellschaften) * Aufbereitung von Unterlagen für interne und externe Stakeholder (Präsentationen, Website, Social Media, Ratings, etc.) * Mitarbeit bei Projekten rund um Kapitalmarktkommunikation und Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung

Treasury Backoffice & Garantien

* Operative Unterstützung im Treasury Backoffice * Verwaltung und Monitoring von Bankgarantien * Erfassung, Pflege und Analyse interner und externer Finanzierungen im Treasury-Management-System * Unterstützung bei treasury-relevanten Reportings und Dokumentationen * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Reportingstrukturen

Dein Profil * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, FH oder Universität) * Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder erste Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich von Vorteil * Interesse an Finanz-, Kapitalmarkt- und Nachhaltigkeitsthemen * Grundverständnis von Finanzinstrumenten und Unternehmenskennzahlen * Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint * SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil * Strukturierte, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise * Hohes Maß an Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
