Wie zijn wij De Belastingsamenwerking GouweRijnland (BSGR) is een samenwerkingsverband van verschillende gemeenten en het hoogheemraadschap in de regio GouweRijnland. De organisatie is verantwoordelijk voor de heffing en invordering van gemeentelijke belastingen, waterschapsbelastingen en leges voor de deelnemende overheden. Denk hierbij onder meer aan de WOZwaardering, onroerendezaakbelasting (OZB), rioolheffing en afvalstoffenheffing. BSGR werkt efficiënt en transparant, zodat inwoners en ondernemers kunnen rekenen op een correcte, rechtmatige en klantgerichte belastingafhandeling. Daarnaast levert de BSGR een belangrijke bijdrage aan regionale samenwerking door processen te stroomlijnen én kosten, kwaliteit en continuïteit te optimaliseren voor de aangesloten overheden. De organisatie streeft naar hoogwaardige dienstverlening, betrouwbare gegevensverwerking en het voortdurend verbeteren van systemen, onder andere op het gebied van ICT en informatiebeveiliging. Opdracht Voor deze opdracht zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Specialist Heffen die zelfstandig werkzaamheden verricht binnen het proces van bezwaarafhandeling voor gemeentelijke- en waterschap belastingen. De nadruk ligt op het behandelen en afhandelen van bezwaarschriften met uitzondering van WOZ-bezwaren. De kandidaat beoordeelt bezwaarschriften inhoudelijk, verzamelt en analyseert relevante gegevens en wet- en regelgeving en stelt gemotiveerde uitspraken op bezwaar op. Daarnaast onderhoudt de kandidaat contact met burgers, bedrijven en gemachtigden en treedt waar nodig op als gesprekspartner tijdens telefonische contacten en hoorzittingen. De werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd binnen Key2Belastingen. Van de kandidaat word.
