GenAI Specialist HR - 32-40 uur - 1 jaar werkervaring - €3.250 - €5.000 Please note: Proficiency in the Dutch language is required Over deze rol Als GenAI Specialist HR werk je op drie fronten tegelijk. Je maakt recruiters en HR-collega's productiever met AI-tools die hen dagelijks ondersteunen. Je bouwt aan slimme systemen die recruitment-campagnes automatiseren, vacatures naar de juiste kanalen sturen en sourcing stroomlijnen. En je personaliseert de employee journey: van onboarding die zich aanpast aan de nieuwe medewerker tot selfservice tooling die direct de juiste antwoorden geeft. Je werkt in een klein team met een Silicon Valley-mentaliteit: als je een goed idee hebt, gaan we het doen. Van idee naar productie in dagen, niet maanden. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en werkt met de nieuwste generatieve AI-technologie. Je start met HR als domein, maar bent breed inzetbaar: na succesvolle projecten kun je doorgroeien naar andere domeinen binnen Zonneplan. Zonneplan wil naar 1 miljoen energieklanten en dat lukt niet door alleen meer mensen aan te nemen. Jouw werk maakt die groei mogelijk. Zo versnellen we plan Zero. Jouw bijdrage aan Plan Zero - Jij wordt eigenaar van onze recruitment AI-systemen. Je beheert en verbetert de 30+ AI-prompts in ons eigen ATS en de bijbehorende n8n workflows. Je monitort, analyseert en optimaliseert dagelijks. Je zorgt dat vacatures automatisch naar de juiste kanalen gaan, dat campagnes slimmer worden aangestuurd en dat de kwaliteit continu stijgt. - Jij automatiseert recruitment-campagnes en sourcing. Je bouwt workflows die vacatures automatisch publiceren, kandidaten proactief benaderen en opvolging stroomlijnen. Van het schrijven van gepersonaliseerde outreach tot het automatisch schedulen van interviews: jij maakt het mogelijk. - Jij verbreedt naar het hele medewerkersdomein. Je werkt aan gepersonaliseerde onboarding die zich aanpast aan elke nieuwe collega, een interne selfserv...
