Language Wil jij het verschil maken voor iemand die met (vermoedens van) huiselijk geweld en/of kindermishandeling te maken heeft of krijgt? Veilig Thuis Noord Oost Gelderland zoekt in verband met uitbreiding meerdere nieuwe collega's in de functie van: Specialist Veiligheid Huiselijk Geweld/Kindermishandeling 36 uur Wat ga je doen? Na een beoordeling van een melding van huiselijk geweld en/of kindermishandeling stel je als eerste vast wat er nodig is om de veiligheid binnen een gezin of huishouden te kunnen borgen. Vervolgens beoordeel je welke interventies noodzakelijk zijn om de veiligheid te herstellen. Je hebt contact met alle directbetrokkenen om samen te bepalen hoe de situatie verbetert kan worden. Samen met het gezin of huishouden stel je veiligheidsvoorwaarden op. Om tot de beste hulp te komen werk je nauw samen met andere professionals in het sociale domein. "Wij zijn niet degenen die de cliënt daadwerkelijk hulpverlenen, maar we helpen wel bepaalde knopen door te hakken. " Word jij de nieuwe ambassadeur van Veilig Thuis? Wij zoeken iemand die stevig in zijn/haar schoenen staat, sterk analytisch is, gemakkelijk initiatief neemt en zich goed kan inleven in mensen en situaties. Je bent resultaatgericht en signaleert kansen, die je vervolgens toepast in je werk. Goed kunnen samenwerken is in deze functie belangrijk. Dit breng je mee: - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in het sociale domein - Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding - Beroepscode zoals SKJ (of de mogelijkheid om deze te behalen), sociaal werk - Je staat stevig in je schoenen, je kunt omgaan met weerstand en je durft in het belang van de cliënt lastige beslissingen te maken - Je maakt makkelijk aansluiting met mensen van alle leeftijden, culturen en achtergronden en bent goed in motiverende gespreksvoering - Je bent analytisch en zorgvuldig en werkt tegelijkertijd pragmatisch als dat nodig is - Een groot zelfreflectief vermogen - Het is voor jou vanzelfsprekend om geb...
