In deze rol als Specialist Inkoop & Contractmanagement krijg jij de kans om vanaf de basis mee te bouwen aan een professionele inkooporganisatie. Denk aan beleid, processen, contractmanagement en een duidelijke manier van werken die de organisatie verder helpt. De organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling en wil inkoop naar een hoger niveau brengen. Daarom zoeken we een ervaren inkoop- en contractprofessional die niet alleen ziet wat er beter kan, maar vooral weet hoe je een stevig fundament neerzet. Iemand die overzicht creëert, structuur aanbrengt en een werkwijze ontwikkelt die staat als een huis. Jij krijgt de ruimte om vanuit jouw kennis en ervaring de basis te leggen en deze verder uit te bouwen. Van het ontwikkelen van beleid en processen tot het professionaliseren van contractmanagement, het opstellen van algemene voorwaarden en het versterken van de samenwerking met leveranciers. Een uitdagende rol voor iemand die graag iets opbouwt, verbetert en duurzaam neerzet. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor wat er vandaag nodig is, maar legt de basis voor hoe inkoop er morgen uitziet. Als Specialist Inkoop & Contractmanagement ga jij inkoop op de kaart zetten In deze zelfstandige rol krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Je kijkt waar kansen liggen, bepaalt wat beter kan en zet vervolgens zelf de stappen om dat voor elkaar te krijgen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan: - Het opzetten en verder professionaliseren van het inkoopbeleid en de inkoopprocessen; - Het ontwikkelen van een duidelijke inkoopstrategie die past bij de groei van de organisatie; - Het selecteren en beoordelen van leveranciers en het opbouwen van duurzame samenwerkingen; - Het opzetten en begeleiden van aanbestedingen en raamcontracten; - Het voeren van onderhandelingen over prijzen, voorwaarden en contracten; - Het opstellen, beoordelen en beheren van contracten en algemene voorwaarden; - Het bewaken van afspraken, prestaties, risico’s en commerciële belangen; - Het signaleren van besparings-..
