In het kort: Je gaat een inkoopdesk opzetten en uitvoeren, collega’s ondersteunen bij inkoopvragen, administratieve processen stroomlijnen, dossiers en contracten bewaken en rapportages verzorgen binnen de gemeentebrede doorontwikkeling van de inkoopfunctie. Ben jij de verbindende professional die structuur én service samenbrengt? De Gemeente Eindhoven zoekt een specialist operationele inkoop die een inkoopdesk inricht en uitvoert. Jij zorgt voor een soepel administratief proces, ontzorgt collega’s met inkoopvragen en neemt hen op een klantgerichte en plezierige manier mee van behoefte tot contract. Zo maak jij het verschil in de interne dienstverlening. De werkverdeling voor deze opdracht zal ongeveer op 30% inrichting en 70% rolinvulling liggen. De inkoopdesk die we op het oog hebben maakt eenvoudige inkoopvragen zo toegankelijk mogelijk voor de collega’s met een inkoopbehoefte. De meer complexe vragen worden soepel doorgeleid naar de inkoopadviseurs en contractmanagers. Verder zorgt de inkoopdesk o.a. voor: - Goede vastlegging van dossiers en bestellingen - Bewaking en signalering van contracttermijnen - Grip op de processen - Betrouwbare rapportages over de spend en contractuitnutting De context voor deze opdracht is het project gemeentebrede doorontwikkeling inkoopfunctie. Dit project bevat o.a. het anders opzetten van de source-to-pay stroom en tooling voor inkopen en contractmanagement. Jij houdt je primair bezig met het opzetten van de inkoopdesk voor het domein Algemene Dienstverlening en blijft in verbinding met het concernbrede project. Eisen -Dienstverband: Detachering - CV & Motivatie toegespitst op de opdracht, graag in het Nederlands aanleveren en in PDF-format. Graag ontvangen we in de persoonlijke motivatie een onderbouwing waaruit blijkt dat de kandidaat over de gevraagde competenties beschikt. - Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare ervaring op senior niveau met operationeel inkopen en P2P bij een aanbestedende dienst. Dat is ervaring met zowel het uitvo.
