Wat ga je doen? Ben jij de Specialist klantenservice bij KPN in Maastricht, die onze grootzakelijke klanten een vliegende start geeft? Bij KPN TechHubs ben jij de held achter de schermen, het eerste contactpunt voor een digitale dag zonder haperingen. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want jij duikt in de wereld van key-user support en zorgt ervoor dat de IT-verantwoordelijke van de klant altijd op jou kan bouwen. Jouw snelle aanpak en scherpe blik zorgen ervoor dat elk probleem zorgvuldig wordt opgepakt en de juiste collega ermee aan de slag gaat. Zo help jij KPN breed vooruit! Jouw rol als Specialist klantenservice: - Analyseer en los complexe klantissues op. - Voer regie over openstaande tickets en bewaak de voortgang. - Doe een grondige intake en bepaal het juiste IT-domein. - Zet tickets correct door naar de juiste oplosgroepen. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een positief ingestelde aanpakker die energie krijgt van het oplossen van puzzels. Je bent leergierig en denkt in oplossingen, niet in problemen. Het bewaken van de voortgang en het overzicht houden, dat is voor jou een tweede natuur. Je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe ontwikkelingen en draagt graag bij aan het verbeteren van onze diensten. Heb jij daarbij al ervaring en/ of kennis in ITIL en ServiceNow? Dan heb je een stapje voor! Start per direct tussen de 32-40 uur! Je werkdagen zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 08:00 en 18:00, met een vaste kantoordag op dinsdag. Voorkeur aan thuiswerken? Dat kan! Na je inwerkperiode kan je hybride werken.
