Als Specialist Microsoft 365 zorg je ervoor dat onze Microsoft-applicaties, veilig en optimaal functioneren. Je werkt in een divers team dat de volledige M365-suite beheert. Binnen dat brede speelveld ligt jouw zwaartepunt bij alles wat met e-mail te maken heeft: van delivery troubleshooting, tot Defender policies, en van Exchange Online tot PowerShell-automatisering. Daaromheen groei je mee in de rest van de Microsoft-stack: Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID en Exchange Online. Hoe breed je uiteindelijk gaat, bepalen we samen op basis van jouw interesse en de behoefte van het team. Je werkt niet alleen. Je versterkt onze huidige mailspecialist en samen vormen jullie het expertiseteam voor e-mail. Je bent 3e-lijns support, wat betekent dat complexe incidenten bij jullie terechtkomen. Dat doe je niet alleen. Je werkt in nauwe samenwerking met collega's en stakeholders uit de hele organisatie. Je hoeft niet de expert te zijn die alles al kan en weet, maar wel iemand die pro-actief leert. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - - Beheer en configuratie van Exchange Online in een grote enterprise-omgeving - Diagnose en oplossing van (complexe) delivery- en mailflow-problemen - Configuratie en onderhoud van mailboxen, distributiegroepen en Exchange policies - Implementatie en beheer van e-mail security via Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (anti-spam, anti-phishing, malware protection) - PowerShell scripting voor automatisering van dagelijkse behee...
