In het kort: Je gaat Microsoft 365 Copilot en AI-agents ontwerpen, bouwen en testen, gebruikersbehoeften vertalen naar oplossingen en teams trainen zodat de organisatie zelfstandig met Copilot, agents en automatisering kan werken. Specialist Microsoft 365 Copilot en AI-agents Breng Microsoft 365 Copilot tot leven in het dagelijkse werk. Bouw slimme AI-agents, train collega’s en zorg dat Gemeente Breda zelfstandig verder kan. Gemeente Breda zet een volgende stap in het gebruik van Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI-agents en procesautomatisering. Veel collega’s beschikken inmiddels over Copilot en de algemene trainingen zijn georganiseerd. Nu richten we ons op concrete toepassingen die teams tijd besparen, processen verbeteren en medewerkers ondersteunen bij hun dagelijkse werk. Daarom zoeken we een specialist die techniek, training en advies samenbrengt. Jij onderzoekt wat teams nodig hebben en vertaalt hun werkzaamheden naar praktische oplossingen binnen het Microsoft-platform. De ene keer help je een team om Copilot Chat beter te gebruiken. De andere keer ontwikkel je een maatwerktraining, bouw je een agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio of richt je een ondersteunende Power Automate-flow in. Je zorgt niet alleen dat oplossingen technisch werken. Je maakt ze begrijpelijk, test ze zorgvuldig en draagt ze goed over. Zo help je Gemeente Breda om kennis en ervaring blijvend in de organisatie op te bouwen. Jouw karakter maakt Breda Wat ga je doen? Als specialist Microsoft 365 Copilot en AI-agents werk je op het snijvlak van gebruikersbehoeften, techniek en leren. Je gaat actief in gesprek met teams en vraagt door. Waar besteden medewerkers veel tijd aan? Welke knelpunten ervaren zij? Welke informatie hebben zij nodig? En welke oplossing levert daadwerkelijk waarde op? Op basis van jouw analyse adviseer je over de best passende toepassing. Dat kan Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat zijn, maar ook een eenvoudige agent in Agent Builder, een uitgebreidere agent in Copilot Studio of een auto.
