Er is geen sprake van één standaardinrichting: je ontwikkelt oplossingen die aansluiten op de specifieke processen en behoeften van verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie. Je focus ligt op het optimaliseren van samenwerkingstools, het automatiseren van processen en het ondersteunen van gebruikers zodat zij maximale waarde halen uit het Microsoft 365-ecosysteem. Je beweegt je tussen IT, business en externe partijen en vertaalt functionele vraagstukken naar duurzame technische oplossingen. Wat ga je doen? Ontwikkelen en inzetten van PowerApps en Power Automate voor procesautomatisering. Opzetten en beheren van een enterprise Power Platform-omgeving, waarin low-code/no-code oplossingen kunnen worden ontwikkeld binnen vastgestelde security- en governance-richtlijnen. Beheren en doorontwikkelen van Teams, SharePoint en OneDrive, met aandacht voor informatiebeveiliging, rechtenstructuren en schaalbare architectuur. Realiseren van datakoppelingen tussen verschillende databronnen (zoals productie-, voorraad- en kwaliteitsdata), onder andere met Dataverse en moderne data-platformen. Ontwikkelen van AI-ondersteunde oplossingen (zoals Copilot agents) die relevante en actuele informatie ontsluiten. Ondersteunen en trainen van key-users en eindgebruikers, en actief bijdragen aan adoptie bij gebruikers die gewend zijn aan traditionele tools.
