Als Specialist Nieuwbouw Liften zorg je dat nieuwe liftinstallaties veilig, goed ingeregeld en volgens afspraak worden opgeleverd. Je werkt op projectlocaties in West- en Zuid-Nederland en hebt veel vrijheid in hoe je je werk organiseert. Daarbij ben je niet alleen technisch verantwoordelijk, maar ook een belangrijke schakel voor monteurs, onderaannemers, uitvoerders en projectmanagers. Your role Als Specialist Nieuwbouw bij PREMIUM Liften ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat nieuwbouwprojecten technisch goed worden afgerond. Je bewaakt de voortgang, lost knelpunten op en helpt collega's in het veld om liften veilig en werkend op te leveren. - Je levert nieuwe liftinstallaties op volgens de gemaakte afspraken. - Je regelt liften zelfstandig in en zorgt dat ze veilig functioneren. - Je bespreekt planning, monteurs, materialen en gereedschappen met de supervisor. - Je stemt voortgang en knelpunten af met klanten, uitvoerders en betrokken collega's. - Je begeleidt monteurs en onderaannemers op locatie en helpt hen technisch verder. - Je ontzorgt de projectmanager in de dagelijkse projectwerkzaamheden. - Je neemt eigenaarschap over de afronding van projecten en houdt overzicht tot de klus klaar is.
