Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde - Gehandicaptenzorg - Heerhugowaard Ben jij een specialist ouderengeneeskunde die graag werkt in een betekenisvolle en mensgerichte omgeving? Voor een organisatie in de gehandicaptenzorg zoeken wij een specialist die energie krijgt van multidisciplinair samenwerken en het leveren van medische zorg aan een bijzondere doelgroep. Je werkt met cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking en draagt bij aan een zo goed mogelijk leven, samen met een betrokken team van professionals. Wat ga je doen als Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde? Als specialist ouderengeneeskunde ben je verantwoordelijk voor de medische zorg van cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking. Je richt je op diagnostiek, behandeling en het begeleiden van complexe somatische en gedragsmatige problematiek. Je werkt nauw samen met begeleiders, gedragsdeskundigen en andere behandelaren en levert een actieve bijdrage aan het multidisciplinaire behandelproces. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de medische vraag en heb je oog voor de mens achter de cliënt. Binnen deze functie krijg je de ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten en verder te ontwikkelen binnen een dynamische en diverse doelgroep. Je denkt mee over beleid, kwaliteit van zorg en innovaties binnen de organisatie.
