Je staat voor de uitdaging om complexe zorgvragen op te lossen en werkt nauw samen met een multidisciplinair team. Met jouw medische kennis, communicatieve vaardigheden en innovatieve aanpak speel je een belangrijke rol in het ontwikkelen van zorgconcepten en het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van zorg. Wat je gaat doen: - Diagnostiek: uitvoeren van medische onderzoeken en stellen van diagnoses bij complexe zorgvragen. - Behandelplannen: ontwikkelen, uitvoeren en coördineren van individuele behandelplannen. - Samenwerking: intensief samenwerken met verpleegkundigen, praktijkverpleegkundigen en andere specialisten binnen en buiten de organisatie. - Innovatie: bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe zorgconcepten en deelnemen aan onderzoek. - Kwaliteitsbewaking: toezien op de naleving van hygiënevoorschriften en het medisch beleid binnen de instelling.
