De behandeldienst speelt hierin een centrale rol. Samen werken we aan hoogwaardige, persoonsgerichte zorg voor kwetsbare ouderen met complexe somatische, psychogeriatrische en palliatieve zorgvragen. Als Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de medische zorg. Je bent regiebehandelaar, denkt mee over beleidsontwikkeling en draagt actief bij aan innovatie en verdere professionalisering van de behandeldienst. Jouw functie Als Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde ben je verantwoordelijk voor de medische behandeling van bewoners en cliënten met complexe zorgvragen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, basisartsen, verpleegkundig specialisten, psychologen en andere behandelaren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit: - het verrichten van diagnostiek en behandeling - het opstellen, evalueren en bijstellen van medische behandelplannen - het voeren van multidisciplinair overleg - het begeleiden van basisartsen en andere zorgprofessionals - het onderhouden van contacten met huisartsen, ziekenhuizen en andere ketenpartners - het bijdragen aan kwaliteitsverbetering en beleidsontwikkeling Afhankelijk van jouw expertise en inter...
