Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde Standplaats: Zierikzee - Opleidingsniveau: WO Allévo is een zorgorganisatie die zowel extramuraal als intramuraal actief is in Zeeland: op Schouwen-Duiveland, op de Bevelanden en op Tholen. Op Schouwen-Duiveland maakt de medische dienst deel uit van het Advies- en Behandelcentrum dat bestaat uit medici, paramedici, psychologen, maatschappelijk werkenden en een geestelijk verzorgende. Zoek jij een baan als specialist ouderengeneeskunde in een dynamisch team waar een positieve leeromgeving en collegialiteit hand in hand gaan? Dan ben je welkom bij de medische dienst van Allévo in Zierikzee. Als specialist ouderengeneeskunde werk je in de (kleinschalige) woonlocaties van Allévo op Schouwen-Duiveland; in Zierikzee, Burgh-Haamstede en Bruinisse. Bij ons wonen mensen met dementie, mensen die complexe zorg nodig hebben en mensen met Niet Aangeboren Hersenletsel. Daarnaast komen mensen naar Allévo toe voor Parkinson Dagbehandeling en bieden wij kort verblijf met geriatrische revalidatiezorg. Je maakt deel uit van het medisch team dat bestaat uit 2 specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, 3 basisarts en 2 verpleegkundig specialist. De circa 300 cliënten hebben diverse ziektebeelden; van mensen met dementie, gedragsproblematiek en NAH tot geriatrische revalidatie en complexe chronische zorg Op onze woonlocaties volgen we het ritme van de client. Werken bij ons vraagt een innovatieve kijk op ouderenzorg. We hopen dit in jou te vinden - Jij bent een gedreven, energieke, daadkrachtige en ondernemende specialist ouderengeneeskunde, die het mogelijk maakt dat mensen zo comfortabel mogelijk het leven kunnen leven dat zij willen; - Je werkt samen met zorgcollega's en paramedici en coördineert en optimaliseert de multidisciplinaire zorg rondom de cliënt; - Je bent goed op de hoogte van de actuele ontwikkelingen binnen jouw expertise; - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot (huis)arts, aangevuld met de specialisatie specialist...
