Op een professionele, nuchtere en betrokken manier leveren wij onze specialistische zorg. Onze cultuur is informeel. We kennen elkaar, lopen makkelijk bij elkaar naar binnen en bespreken wat besproken moet worden. Dit maakt ons transparant en gericht op groei. Ook extern werken we nauw samen met verschillende partners, waarbij wij dezelfde samenwerking nastreven; gericht op openheid, transparantie en samen ontwikkelen. Je bent, samen mer een verpleegkundig specialist GGZ, het medisch aanspreekpunt voor onze oudere cliënten. De focus van je werkzaamheden ligt op de gesloten afdeling voor ouderen met dementie en gedragsproblemen. Je beoordeelt, onderzoekt en zet samen met de verpleegkundig specialist GGZ, een GZ-psycholoog, het verpleegkundig team en waar mogelijk de cliënt en diens naasten het beleid uit. Je kijkt breed naar somatiek en psychiatrie en helpt collega's om situaties snel te duiden. Je voert consulten uit, doet somatisch onderzoek, bewaakt medicatiegebruik en signaleert risico's zoals polyfarmacie.
