Wat jouw werk als Specialist ouderengeneeskunde zo bijzonder maakt Bij ParaGo ben je onderdeel van de medische vakgroep. Deze bestaat uit specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, physician assistants, verpleegkundig specialisten en basisartsen. Je kijkt samen met de cliënten en naasten naar wat nodig en passend is, met ruimte voor eigen regie. Je biedt consultatie en supervisie aan collega’s binnen de medische vakgroep en draagt vanuit jouw expertise bij aan de kwaliteit en verdere ontwikkeling van behandeling. We vinden opleiden leuk en belangrijk dus je werkt nauw samen met AIOS, co-assistenten, PIOG’s en VS en PA in opleiding. De medische vakgroep is verantwoordelijk voor de medische behandeling voor de bewoners van 12 woonzorglocaties en is ook actief in de eerste lijn: bij mensen thuis en in kleinschalige woonvormen. Hier krijg je de ruimte om te groeien Bij ParaGo werk je samen met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines. We kennen elkaar, weten elkaar makkelijk te vinden en maken gebruik van elkaars kennis en expertise. Er is ruimte om zelfstandig te werken én om samen te overleggen en van elkaar te leren. We werken met vaste werkgebieden in Arnhem en Velp. Binnen je werkgebied maak je deel uit van een medisch team met specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, verpleegkundig specialisten, physician assistants en basisartsen. Samen ben je verbonden aan een aantal woonzorglocaties en werk je daarnaast in de eerste lijn. Zo leer je de locaties, teams en samenwerkingspartners in je werkgebied goed kennen. Ook buiten de woonzorglocaties is onze expertise steeds meer nodig. Samen met huisartsen en andere professionals in de regio zoeken we naar manieren om specialistische ouderengeneeskunde beschikbaar te maken voor ouderen met complexe zorgvragen die graag thuis willen blijven wonen. Je denkt kritisch mee, stelt vragen en durft je professionele mening te geven. Je werkt met plezier samen met cliënten, naasten en collega’s uit verschillende disciplines. Je deelt graag je kennis en expertise, staat open voor de ideeën van anderen en vindt het leuk om bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van ParaGo. Ook het opleiden en begeleiden van professionals past bij jou. Praktisch vragen we dat: je geregistreerd bent als specialist ouderengeneeskunde; je minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar bent; tussen onze verschillende locaties in Arnhem en Velp kunt reizen.
