Als specialist ouderengeneeskunde ga je aan de slag bij het regionaal behandelteam van Pantein. De specialisten ouderengeneeskunde van Zorgcentra Pantein zijn werkzaam in de verpleeghuizen en extramurale zorg. Het team bestaat uit 10 specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, die nauw met elkaar samenwerken. Er is ook volop ruimte voor intervisie en supervisie. Je komt terecht in een dynamische organisatie waar de zorgvraag en de zorgverlening aan de cliënten centraal staat. Je werkzaamheden als specialist ouderengeneeskunde zijn onder meer: - Behandelen van cliënten in het zorgcentrum. Je krijgt daarbij te maken met alle facetten van het vak; - Samen met je collega's regie voeren over opnames; - Actief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van de intra- en extramurale geriatrische zorg in de regio; - Met de andere locaties van Pantein worden de bereikbaarheidsdiensten ingevuld én voor een deel worden basisartsen ingezet; er is ruimte voor inbreng van eigen voorkeur én alle locaties zijn binnen een half uur vanuit Nijmegen bereikbaar; - Als SO doe je alleen achterwachten. Wat vragen we van jou? - Een afgeronde opleiding tot specialist ouderengeneeskunde; - Kennis over de beroepsverantwoordelijkheid conform wet BIG; - Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden; - Duidelijke visie op ouderenzorg en enthousiasme voor de doelgroep; - Eigen vervoer (auto/rijbewijs) is vereist; - Voor deze functie is een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) vereist.
