Medischcontactbanen.nl Specialist ouderengeneeskunde GRZ Verwijder als favoriet Opslaan Solliciteer Specialist ouderengeneeskunde GRZ - 24-32 uur - 32-40 uur - Specialist ouderengeneeskunde - Artsen overig Specialist ouderengeneeskunde GRZ Medische regie voeren binnen de revalidatiezorg: als specialist ouderengeneeskunde stem je behandeling en herstel af met het multidisciplinaire team. Jouw nieuwe baan Binnen de geriatrische revalidatiezorg begeleid je patiënten die na een ziekenhuisopname werken aan herstel en zelfstandigheid. Als specialist ouderengeneeskunde beoordeel je medische vraagstukken, bepaal je het behandelbeleid en stem je jouw keuzes af op wat iemand nodig heeft om verder te kunnen. Je bespreekt het verloop van het revalidatietraject met verpleegkundigen en behandelaren uit verschillende disciplines. Daarbij combineer je medische inzichten met de doelen van de patiënt en houd je overzicht over de behandeling. Naast de directe patiëntenzorg denk je mee over de kwaliteit en verdere ontwikkeling van de medische dienstverlening. Binnen de vakgroep deel je kennis, bespreek je inhoudelijke vraagstukken en lever je een bijdrage aan verbeteringen en innovatie binnen de revalidatiezorg. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Het team bestaat uit specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, verpleegkundig specialisten en Physician Assistants, werkzaam op locaties in de regio's Haarlem en IJmuiden. Alle locaties zijn goed bereikbaar en liggen op maximaal een half uur reisafstand van Amsterdam. Daarnaast zijn er artsen in opleiding tot specialist ouderengeneeskunde (AIOS) verbonden aan de zorginstelling, en wordt nauw samengewerkt met basisartsen (ANIOS) en verpleegkundig specialisten, die begeleiding en bijscholing ontvangen van ervaren collega's. Er is veel aandacht voor professionele ontwikkeling, met ruimte voor het volgen van kaderopleidingen, bij- en nascholingen. De zorginstelling is aangesloten bij het Universitair Netwerk Ouderen (UNO)...
