Werken met ouderen in de Specialistische Ggz is interessant en dynamisch en bij tijden complex en uitdagend, vanwege de combinatie van psychiatrische- en somatische klachten en levensfase-vragen waarmee de cliënten te maken hebben. Ben jij iemand die kijkt en luistert naar het hele verhaal van de patiënt ? Krijg jij energie van het samen zoeken en samen vorm geven van een leven met een gevoel van zin en welbevinden? Wat ga je doen? Als specialist ouderengeneeskunde ben jij de (indicerende) behandelaar en daarmee verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en uitvoeren van het multi-disciplinaire behandelplan. Ook coördineer je het medicatiebeleid én begeleidt en coach je collegae en artsen in opleiding. Je streeft er naar de zorg steeds weer naar een hoger niveau te brengen en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en het functioneren van de teams, de ouderenpsychiatrie breed, de ketensamenwerking en de veranderprocessen. Jouw mening over beleidsmatige onderwerpen en verbeteringen in behandelprocessen wordt dan ook erg gewaardeerd. Mede vanwege pensionering zullen en kunnen wij als Kliniek de behandelstaf opnieuw vormgeven. De psychiater en jij nemen alle patiënten van de drie afdelingen (open- en vervolg) onder jullie hoede. Waarbij de problematiek en jullie expertise en deskundigheid de grondslag vormt voor de onderlinge verdeling van de caseload. Naast het werken in de Kliniek draai je enkele keren per maand mee in de somatische achterwacht van Altrecht.
